I stayed for a few nights and i am grateful for how smoothly everything went. the location was really convenient. I could easily walk to the canal area. the staff gave me some helpful directions before i arrived, which i appreciated. my room was cleaned daily and had fresh towels, that was wonderful.
the elevator access required going through a back entrance and using the building's elevator, that was a little inconvenient.

The hotel doesn't have breakfast service. there are many breakfast options nearby. you can explore many restaurants in the surrounding area and find something you like. the neighborhood has plenty of choices.

the hotel is located conveniently near several tram stops right outside its door, it made getting around very easy. i took the tram to the city center, it was fast. the navigli area is also close.

My double room was simple, yet it was nice and neat. This is exactly what i wanted. tea and coffee facilities were provided, a nice touch. the bathroom had good amenities and a great shower.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance. they checked me in quickly, and gave me all the information i needed. they also helped with directions. I was very thankful.

I walked from the hotel to the navigli district easily. the reception staff offered free water and nespresso coffees. my room was cleaned each day and i received fresh towels. This was appreciated!
The air conditioning automatically shut down every hour. This made it difficult to maintain a constant temperature in my room. the experience with the a/c was bad.

the reception staff was friendly and accommodating! they assisted me with directions before my arrival. they were quick with check-in, and provided multiple keys for shared rooms.

the staff was nice and easy to contact. i got an immediate response when i let them know i was checking in late.
The room was much too small. there was barely room to walk around with luggage on the floor (this was really annoying). there was no closet or luggage space or even a table in the room! stuff was only available around 8 am-8 pm and they weren't very friendly. They had a don't-care attitude.
